How to sync email FROM Thunderbird to Gmail

I inadvertently "cleaned up" ALLMAIL in Gmail and it deleted the emails in my folders also.  I have one laptop that has the folders intact that hasn't synced to Gmail because I kept it offline.  .  Is it possible to move the contents of those folders from Thunderbird back to Gmail without Gmail clearing out the Thunderbird messages?  It's been over 30 days so no recovery.
