Help with Gigastructure & Other Mods

Alright so bassicly i have been having some problems with my stellaris playthrus, I feel like Gigastructures mod is missing some stuff.
I researched Aldeson Disk but can not build it (The insane technology one)
I have no idea how I am supposed to get Systemcraft

I also can not seem to upgrade my E.H.O.F higher then Lambda even tho I have every technology unlocked and have reached repeatebles, and in my current playthru I can not build Planetcraft assembly yards (I assume thats because I had my Planetcraft limit set to 1 before and then changed it midgame thru settings, and if thats the issue Does anyone know how to fix it)

Also I modified lots of old mods and changed their descriptor to match 4.0.21 which may have caused some issues... anyone got updated mods? or advice, anything would help.
