Is my girlfriend a good girlfriend?

Hi ive never done this before but i genuinely need unbiased advice so bare with me So me and my girlfriend have been together for a long time and she has bpd this has never been a problem before shes always been manageable never to horrible but in recent months shes been ignoring me being dry bringing up men and telling me they are her favourite person? (We have a open relationship her talking to people isn’t a problem but that hurt idk) she wont complement me then mocks me when i practically beg for it im having to force her to tell me she loves me and yesterday i tried to address this issue with her she barely said anything other then “yeah well u told a girl with commitment issues u wanted commitment in the future” thats the only explanation she could give when i was begging her for love and reassurance she told me it wasn’t her responsibility to reassurance me because i have mental health issues that make me believe dog shit is higher on the list then me and i dont believe her and then today (im sick as fuck) i tried to tell her i was sick in pain and bored asked to call this morning she said she was to hungover ok sure thats cool then her cousin came over and i said “but u where to hung over to call me?” Then she had her cousin cuss me out and then did it herself and now ive been the bigger person and apologised and she refused to apologise because apparently i was in the wrong?
