Exploration/survival horror like The Forest and Subnautica

I absolutely adored The Forest and Subnautica (I know Subnautica isn't technically a horror game but it definitely has scary parts) and I wanted to find more games in the same vein! Specifically, I liked the combination of exploration, resource gathering, and crafting that both games had. Both games had a mystery to unravel as you explored and some genuinely frightening locations. Are there any other games out there that have all these things in common?
