My game crushes every single time when Johnny gets in the helicopter with rogue

Every single time it crashes and then I can't load that save. I tried running it for hour, went back to the talk with Dexter, my save worked, then I when it came to the same point, boom. Crushed. And I'm so tired of it now, I can't pass this point which I passed many times before (I have MANY hours in this game), veryfing files didn't work and I don't know what to do. Should I do clean install? Copy my saves and just go with it? I kinda don't want to do it so if you have different solutions, I'm all ears.
