Did I mess up ?

2 weeks away from filing for chapter 7 for 35 k cred card debt . I recently got promoted to open bartender and started making twice the money I did as a barback right before summer started . I wasn’t being mindful and I wasn’t claiming cash tips just cc tips . So I was depositing 5-6 k a month but only claiming 1300-1500 every two weeks . They require bank statements and paystubs to file for bankruptcy . I’m the only one working in the household I made my girlfriend a sahm because she always wanted to be . Do I start over the process or is it still possible to file ? Would I be charged for tax evasion ?
