I need advice regarding personal chastity

So, I'm an 18 year old male who recently got into trying chastity, and I really enjoy it. I would like some rules though. I'm not sure how often I should be allowed to do certain things regarding the cage. Like when I can take it off, what should do when in it, etc. I'm still new to this whole chastity thing, so I don't know what to do. Any advice or rules I should have for myself? I know that some people would just say to just find a Dom, or a keyholder, or someone like that, but it's still new to me, so I'm unsure how to go about doing that.
