California, San Diego County - Places where I can practice slow speed maneuvers on a marked course?

Bit more of a localized post but I imagine there is probably a few riders in this county:

I have my skills test scheduled for the 19th of this month, would like to get some more practice in with slow speed maneuver's on a marked course. (I feel confident with them, but never have done them on a marked course)

I have already tried going to multiple DMV's while they are closed (Chula Vista, El Cajon & San Diego) but they ALL put up gates around there parking lots & testing courses making it totally inaccessible to use there courses.

I have also looked up the MSF courses in San Diego county and.... I just cant find the courses/parking lots? Most of the addresses take you to a building in the center of a city and no parking lot/open pavement nearby. I did find ONE area (PSC) - however there lot doesn't look like it has any marked courses, just a college parking lot.

Is there any marked courses in San Diego county that are open to practice on? There is plenty of open parking lots I use to practice on already (Plus a few thousand miles on my permit), thought about just buying some cones and making my own temporary courses but I would like to use some actual painted ones.

Honestly probably overthinking the whole thing, but would rather be safe than sorry. And yes I am aware of the MSF course & waiver, just currently cant take it due to time restrictions around some personal things in my life.
