How do I let her go?

I really need some advice. How do I let her go when she is my everything? I love her so much. I don’t know how to live without her in my life now that I’ve finally found her. Everything feels so dull. I can’t stop opening our text thread. I stare at it. I type, I delete. I type and send, which is not what she wants. I can’t fathom that we’re actually over. We can’t be. Our love is so real.
