[NY] reasonable accommodations for limited desk work

What are some reasonable accommodations for an employee who needs limited keyboarding/mouse work?

A sit to stand is already in place, but is not at all helpful for the chronic neck/back pain.

Employer is unwilling to accommodate any reduced hours, work from home, or working full time but limiting desk hours to 50% of the day.

Options are:

• "return to work with or without reasonable accommodations"
• resign
• be terminated

Multiple accommodations have been proposed but they have denied all of them.
