Tongue going to the side

Has anyone noticed that their toddler only sticks their tongue out to one side? For the past couple weeks I have noticed this in my 21 month old. She’s not big on sticking it out in general but when I encourage her she only does it to the right or occasionally straight .

Google is saying scary stuff so wondered if anyone else has observed this?!
