Messed up my resolution?

So I was messing with retroid dual screen and changed the resolution and now I can't fix it in nested desktop... Lol. Everything is fine when I go to actual desktop mode but it would suck to not be able to use nested anymore. Now my cursor doesn't align with where I touch the screen so I can't change it back. Is there any way to reset this? Sorry if I didn't explain too well but I'm pretty confused myself.
