Labubu says delivered but is showing an address 20 minutes from my home and it’s nowhere in sight! Anyone ever have this issue before?

Ordered BIE August 1st, shipped September 6th and now it’s missing. The marked delivery location shows an address 20 minutes from my house. PopMart is saying I need proof from the courier but I only have an ACI tracking number so I don’t know what courier supposedly delivered it. Any help is so much appreciated as my son is completely heartbroken thinking it would be here today.
