Best quality toddler leggings?

Toddler needs some new (or most likely second hand) leggings.

I much prefer pants over leggings, especially for daycare. But I can tell my newly 2 year old is developing a comfort preference.

I'm looking for leggings that are:

• Hard wearing (as much as tights can be)
• Thick material
• Cotton
• Colour/pattern options

Brands we have tried:

• Bonds: quality is pretty terrible, great patterns
• H&M: good quality, patterns are okay
• Ollie's Place: good quality, they currently have no stock online
