looking for QUIET, romantic, affordable, all-inclusive resort

never been to a resort in Cancun before but looking for a last minute recommendation (previous vacation plans fell through but have time off this month) for a couple in mid-30s.

don't want big crowds/ parties, don't need anything super bougie, and we plan on staying on the beach as much as possible, maybe see a cenote if possible. love nature. we will fly into Cancun.
