Venators, Palanites and Corpse Grinders: Fun? Hard? Thoughts?

So I'm still doing Ironheads first and foremost but obviously everyone has multiple factions eventually lol.

How much fun/difficulty/pricey are Venators?

How about Corpse Grinders? Are they just less tech based Goliath gangs or are they actually more unique?

Palanites just look like maybe they might be very shooty with some sort of law flavored abilities?

Sadly if the rule books didnt cost so much I'd buy both and find out myself but I'd rather ask opinions and questions here before I buy stuff I don't end up liking heh.
