What are some success stories of Project Management pivots?
At a medium-sized firm in Solar construction and have just about reached my breaking point with the toxic culture in my department. The juice is no longer worth the squeeze as they say, but unfortunately the juice is about $260k total comp and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get that elsewhere. I don’t love the construction side of the energy industry and wouldn’t mind a pivot, but that’s the bulk of my experience.
Looking to hear what others have done, what the current market is looking like in energy or elsewhere, and generally any insights others can offer to help guide my next steps?
