Microneedling over dormant bumps

Hi all!

I have a question I can’t seem to find the answer to. I have quite a lot of closed comedones / deep bumps on my face. Some do hurt a little when touched but most do not. None of them feel like active pimples and none of them have heads.

Will it be safe to microneedle over these bumps or are these closed comedones considered bacterial and thus will be spread if I microneedle over them?
