eye makeup tips, trying to build confidence pls help.

just can't do eyeshadow. i have tried makeup tutorials but nothing really works. my eyes are sunken in- hollow somewhat, also hv pigmentatio around eyes hence the shade match is very weird.

i tried color concealer but it still ends up getting grey. and eyeshadow looks patchy weird and never in shape

i can do eyeliner somewhat okay.

PLEASE HELP OUT, im trying to build confidence, I'm 18 just getting into makeup. also I think my textured skin makes it look more patchy, is that normal?
