Should I give up
I (M27) haven't been in a relationship that has lasted longer than 2 months. I feel like everytime I date someone it turns out either they're using me for my money or US visa. Maybe I'm finding the wrong ppl or I'm the problem but at this age I feel like I'll be lonely forever or am I being dramatic?
Little backstory on me: I'm a homebody, I don't club or party I just enjoy traveling and having sex. I've been average weight for awhile, 5ft 9in and 200lbs. Recently started working out more so now I'm 185lbs. I'm black and average looking guy(I think). Whenever I use the apps in nyc I barely get matches or only old guys mssg me on Grindr. But when I travel to Asia I get tons of mssg. That's how my last 4 relationships were long distance with guys from Asia. But 3 turned out to be using me for money or visa. And even when I'm looking for hookups with guys my type, which is slim/skinny guys and idc about race at all, in nyc those guys never give me attention. But when I travel to Asia/Europe/latin America the same type of guys would mssg me.
Based on my long distance experiences I would prefer to find someone in my city but it's so hard and I'm just thinking I should give up on finding anyone. What you guys think?
