Do you struggle finding pubg players who want to practice regularly and play roles?

I watch and learn from pubg pro scrims and turnaments. I can't seem to obtain clan members who want to practice like pros. Things like practicing formations, drills, and adopting a role seems not to interest my current friends. So I need new ones. Anyone in the same situation?
