Help finding a movie

My girlfriend and I were watching a movie the other night on a streaming service I can't remember what one, but the thumbnail was a woman suspended by rope on a dark background and it was Russian I think. From what I remember the girl was an activist and the guy was a land developer and she entered into an agreement with him for one week if she didn't fall in love or something he wouldn't develop the land that was a park I think. In the movie they break into an animal shelter and free a bunch of dogs and make chocolate molds of her mouth and his penis he made her wear a vibrator to her university test.

Movie kind of felt like a lower budget 50 shades knock off but it was kind of good and we want to finish it but I can't find it anywhere.
