If the Two Fingers are unable to hear the Greater Will or take a long time to communicate with it, how is Goldmask pretty much on a Zoom call with it?

Same as in the header. Gold Mask is pretty much actively arguing with the Greater Will while the Two Fingers either can no longer hear it or take too long to converse with it.
