Is my teacher jealous of me?

I have this one highschool mathematics teacher who's been bullying me since the beginning of the semester. For context I'm the top student and this semester was the first time I deal with that man. He calls me "stupid" and "idk how you made it to highschool" even though i score the full marks in each and every of his exams and I'm pretty fast at solving equations. I never boast yet he for some reason hates me? Some friends told me he's jealous of you but i really don't understand why he's behaving like that towards me. He's nice to everyone except me. I have done absolutely nothing wrong to him, I have met him only this semester. What do you think?
