charlie kirk killer tyler MAJOR QUESTION TO ASK ????

so I'm obv so happy the guy has been caught and still hoping this is the killer so it can all end .. but i have one question which i have not seen asked once as of yet... if tyler lived 250+ miles away from venue and he did not attend that university how was he so well planned , he new the roof top to access how to access and escape ? he new where Charlie would be sitting and had the exact advantage to his position ?

so my out of the box thought process kicked in and i believe he had help from other people all this would either have to be pot luck he had all thoes things correct or again he had help from people , other students of that uni or close to town that fed him info ect

like the guy with long hair who cheered and looked up and behind him just as the bullet was fired he knew where the shooter was straight away ,,, there has to be more to this
