infected eyebrow piercing

is it normal that my eyebrow piercing still gets infected after two and a half months of healing? It doesn’t hurt nor i can feel any pain, there is no swelling no redness or heat. But i can say that there’s an infect since the white coloured discharge comes up by itself when i wash my face or after shower. When i pierced it, my piercer told me not to take it off before 3 months so i’m still using it. (it’s 13mm barbell eyebrow piercing)
