can you get a brow bone reduction (and eyebrow lift too preferably) for under, like, 7K euro?

hello, itll be my first year of being on HRT in a few weeks! but i need to start thinking about ACTUALLY passing. my brow bone is huge, and on top of that, my eyebrows are really low down and i have pretty sunken eyes. you could see a few pics of me on my profile if the price quote depends heavily on how big the brow bone is. im not really sure if a type 1 or a type 3 frontoplasty would be best for it, hopefully i dont need anything more than a type 1, but likely i do. id also like to get my orbitals shaved so my eyes are less sunken in (but i think that's part of frontoplasties already), and an eyebrow lift.

how much does a brow bone reduction + an eyebrow lift cost? how about just a brow bone reduction? and what doctors/clinics should i look at? im just a college student living in bulgaria, i got like 4500-5000 euro on me right now, and i can save, maybe, 150-200 per month. my goal is to have 7k-8k euro set aside for it by the end of next year, so in 2027 i can move to a different country and start socially transitioning finally. i could maybe take a loan out too.

someone said they got a type 3 frontoplasty in turkey for €4800. looking at everyone else quoting prices, it seems like such a bargain, i dont know if i should believe it?? another person said a brow bone shave + orbital shave + eyebrow lift cost 8000 in 2pass in belgium, but apparently one of the guys there is a butcher? its tough man
