Need to talk to someone, referring to depression and addiction

I’ve been following the sub r/stopdrinking for a while now, any everyone seems so attentive and supportive. I finally decide to make an anon account to post there comfortably, and am left awaiting approval even after messaging the mods. I read through the rules and didn’t break them. I know being ignored by a subreddit isn’t a big deal but it kind of sucks that the place I’ve been using as my support system ignored me when the time came to speak my mind.
