Looking for a certain Batman Beyond episode

Hi all! Does anyone remember an episode of Batman Beyond where a group of thugs are in an alleyway robbing a place (I think), and then Batman comes in, asks one of them "you gonna put that back?", thug says no and Batman punches him? I know it's a bit random but been trying to find this episode for a while now. Thanks!
