What is your biggest issue with SE Multiplayer/Servers?

I'm attempting to do some research for a future project and I'm wanting opinions on common issues or gripes people have with Space Engineer servers.

What are some of your most disliked things you have experienced when playing on a server?

Not enough player interaction? (Or too much negative interactions?)

Boring Gameplay-Loop?

Problems with SE itself?

Performance problems?
