Forgot week 3 pills

It's been a hell of a week or so. My partner came to visit me last weekend, we had sex, and then a few days later he broke up with me.

Well between the break up and a funeral for a loved one and just being down, I forgot a few (3) of my week 3 pills. I've started spotting and worried about possible pregnancy. At this point it's probably too late for an emergency contraceptive but any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.
