Help I'm being stubborn

Is it even possible to beat Myrkul in solo tactician mode without barrelmancy?

Im playing a stealth archer and I've really enjoyed the challenging problem solving and tactical thinking that playing solo requires.

Most fights have been either easy or hard in a fun way. However, after an hour of reloads, Myrkul has really demotivated me. I really don't want to use barrelmancy but does anyone know an alternate way? Call of the Damned sucks (hahahahah rolling on the floor crying)
