I am power 52k and my friend is 30k and damage dealt on strikes is broken

He is telling me his gun does 500 damage per hit on a high rate firing smg and my scout rifle is doing 4500 per hit… when I use my sniper it’s 35k and his cross bow does a little bit more than the smg. Sorry that’s a lot of info but I’m carrying him and at the end of the fight it says he’s doing more damage than me?? How is this even possible lol. I also told him to do damage when I wasn’t and he was tickling the boss. Pls lmk 😭
