Elopement Dinner Recs

My fiancé and I recently got engaged and are looking to host two dinners in NYC to celebrate eloping in May.

1st dinner

• We want to do a nice dinner with our parents (6 people) the day we elope. I reached out to Via Carota two times because we love that restaurant but I’ve had no luck.
• Looking for a dinner in Manhattan since we’re planning on eloping in the city.
• This dinner doesn’t need to be fully private but would like to coordinate with the restaurant so we can make it a bit special and we don’t feel rushed out after we finish dinner.

2nd dinner

• Dinner with our immediate family (12- 14 people) the next night.
• Planning on hiring a photographer for this dinner.
• Prefer a private room or setting for this dinner I’ve reached out to Palma and L’Artusi and unfortunately no response. L’Artusi seems like the vibe we are going for so reached back out again today. Ideally 3-4K range for this dinner. I did get quoted for Roscioli at 3500k for a half night buyout but hoping to find some other options as well.

Any recs for either dinner? Ideally Italian or American cuisine would be preferred and preference to be in Manhattan but would entertain some BK recs too for the second dinner.
