Insane Hairfall after moving to finland

I am facing insane hairfall within 3 weeks of coming back to Finland and i am lost. My hair has also started to grey so fast????

I started vit d3 but I also think I should take omega 3 and b complex. Ik there are plenty of brands available but do yall have any affordable suggestions that really work?
