Can a promiscuous woman change?

When a woman has had a poor upbringing, with a father who has little moral values in the area of sexuality and passes this on to his daughter - so that, because of this poor upbringing, she engages in sexual contact with boys at a young age and eventually, in her early twenties, has had sexual contact with 20+ partners - is it still possible that she, with the right man - one who practices pure retention and has acquired the right knowledge about how a true and beautiful relationship could be - can change the woman into the way God intended her to be?

When a man is pure and free, and allows his pure and unblemished energy to be the guiding force in the relationship, when he waits until marriage, when he shows her how beautiful a relationship between man and woman can be when both seek and give the fullness of their desires for attention and sexuality solely to one another, is it then possible for such a woman to change? Is it possible that her eyes may be opened, and that she may indeed choose this heavenly way of living? Is such a person truly “written off,” or can someone change?

I believe that the power of a righteous and virtuous man can have a huge impact on a woman - but, will it be enough? I would like to hear your thoughts on this.
