Messy Fans, Messy Debut, Cancel Show

Honestly, being a fan of Boys Planet 2 from the start and seeing how messily fans are getting, I think it's better to cancel the show. Imagine when the trainees debut, I can already see the OT1. People are losing their minds and half of them are literally children, 12-15 yrs old.

Kany Imagine of all people, Kany, one of the mentors fans chose to attack. I understand that you can be upset for your fave, but where is the respect? Calling her racial slurs and degrading her is just really low and disgusting. The fact that she had to address that and take a step back from social media just shows the level of atrocity that fans have reached. Where are your morals? Over boys? Not your family member, but total strangers to you? Y'all are weird.

Remaining 24 trainees Now this is where it gets funny. I cannot point in the direction of which trainee isn't getting hate right now and they are getting hate for the most ridiculous thing.

Sangwon: Getting hate for being P01 and has been the killing part for 3 consecutive times. Now while I understand, "give someone else a chance", at the end of the day it's team effort. It's a survival show, and in my opinion, Sangwon seems to fit the role of being centre and his teammates think it's a way for them to win. At the end of the day, they are getting benefits which is far better than being centre. Look at Lee Jeong, he literally survived due to the numerous benefits chains team racked up by securing his place as rank 15.

Leo: Not much to say since he was getting hate from the start. But new added hate, because he said he was scared Kangmin would hit him. Whether he was joking or not, every one of the trainees stated how uncomfortable the atmosphere felt after Kangmin left the chains team. He was upset, and who would want to approach someone who is obviously angry less they end up being the target of their frustration (Heng Yu which I will get to).

Xinlong: His hate isn't new, just continuous since people don't want him in the group because he loves skz concept (?). Honestly, this hate is ridiculous because if Xinlong debut in the group, he wouldn't determine the concept. Also, he has proved he can do refreshing concepts. His fancam was literally the most viewed for plot twist, while he had the shortest line.

Anxin/Jiahao I grouped them together because now, both their fandoms are hating on each other. Jiahao is racking up attention and his fans are defending that he should have been C-centre while Anxin fans are defending his position. Ridiculous right?

Kangmin: Now he's getting hate because of his reaction. Honestly, I understand Kangmin's frustration. It's really crap what they did in the first place. They put the trainees in the groups (chains, sugar high, lucky macho, main dish), practiced the songs for a week and then after survival announcement you are kicking the trainees out to join new groups. That was really harsh. Kangmin really wanted to stay, they all wanted to, especially after practicing so hard and then have to relearn a new song. In terms of Heng Yu, both are valid and there is no right or wrong. It's semifinals, the next day is performance, there shouldn't be any room for error as it would be costly to the team and they all wanted the benefits. Heng Yu is pressured to keep up, like I mentioned, it was cruel to have them practice a song at first and then move them to do another song with such a limited time. It was also obvious that main dish was the hardest.

Lee Jeong: I think people were waiting to jump on the hate train by using the Leo vid to bully him. All the fandoms jumping to attack him and calling him a leech and saying horrible things about him is really a bit much.

Sanghyeon, Li Yu, Masato: Every fandom collectively hating on them. I admit they are lacking in terms of making the debut group but it's really ridiculous to make it seem like they are talentless. Constructive criticism is always welcome but the level of hate is ridiculous.

Donggyu/Junmin: Had to save the most ridiculous for last. How are you hating on trainees for the amount of screentime they get?? If it was anyone's fave they would be happy, it's not like the trainees themselves have control over how much screentime they get or what mnet decides to edit and put in the videos. Fans are so ridiculous to the point of making me question my sanity.

For the ones I haven't added, the hate train for them hadn't stop but these ones in particular are the most ridiculous and newly trending hate.
