Cat Chin Acne Still Here after Vet Visit and Steroids. Seeking Advice

Age: 5

Sex/Neuter status: Male and Neutered

Body weight: 11 pounds

Duration: 2 weeks

My cat went to the vet almost 2 weeks ago for chin acne and was given antibiotics there and then steroids to take home. His chin looks much better than before but it’s still not healed. We replaced his ceramic bowls with stainless steel. There are no new changes in his environment that I can think of. 

Anyone else encounter this before? I’m not sure what else to do. 

And not sure if it’s related but on his neck there is a small patch of dried skin (?) built up. https://imgur.com/qnosuD7
