My friend is getting scammed

I don't really know what to do. My friend is getting scammed. It all started because she was a top fan of a famous person, we will call him "Andy". Andy messaged her and thanked her for being a fan. Fast forward a month and they are "in love" she's never met him or FaceTimed him. The tv station Bravo messaged her and said she has to pay to see him. She's been giving them money and she's planning to move to SC to be with him. I've told her gently to video with him to make sure but she doesn't want to doubt him. When she brought it up to him he sent flowers. She truly believes it's him and that there's nothing odd about paying a TV station off to meet with him. How do I get it through her brain? She's almost 4000 dollars in now. She can barely pay her rent. I want to shake her!!! 😫 I thought about trying to contact the real famous person and having him tell her but I'm not sure if get through to him. Help!
