Tattoo - "shaved hair" effect

Hi,

I've an abdominal phallo and because of some healing issues, I have visible abdominal scars.

I don't have any hair above my phallo (between my horizontal abdominal scar and my phallo).

Did any of you try to tattoo the area, with the same technic as guys that get head tattoo for a shaved hair effect when they are balding ?

I know I will never get any hair back in this area but having at least a shaved hair effect could maybe be nice and help me.
