Crackling and Warranty Claim

I recently purchased the Samsung Flip 7, 3 months ago. However, I’ve noticed a strange noise whenever I close the phone. It sounds like a crackling noise coming from the screen. I’ve already purchased Samsung Care+, so I’m considering submitting a warranty claim. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If you have, I’d love to know how the process went. Did they replace the phone or just repair it for you?
