How many weapon systems can a cyborg shoot at once, and would it be considered a burst or wild?

How many weapon systems can a cyborg shoot at once, and would it be considered a burst or wild? Is all bionic ranged energy weapons covered by WP Heavy Energy Weapons? Would finger laser blasters fit within WP Energy Pistol? Don't have to cite the book, just a GM call is good.

For Example:

8 Finger Laser Blasters (2 per hand with 2 extra cyber arms)

2 Forearm Laser Blasters

3 Chest Laser Blasters (Japan)
