Does wisdom teeth make your face fatter?

I'm 5'11 male at 160lbs, I am considered athletic and at healthy weight since I workout 3 times a week (some may argue I am too light for my height), yet I've noticed that my face has gotten noticeably chubbier as I've gotten older, especially in the areas around my wisdom teeth.

I've asked myself whether it has anything to do with my wisdom teeth growing inwards over the past few years, alongside occasional wisdom teeth swelling that made me take antibiotics.

Is it common for wisdom teeth to make your face chubbier? If so, I plan to get them out.
