Reviews?

I noticed im not able to leave reviews on my Sephora purchases? I thought it wasnt because I wasnt using 5 stars, so I tried with an item I wanted ro tive 5 stars and still no. I think its important to have non-incentivized reviews, so thats a bummer. Any reason why?
