Less than 2 yrs post op and I think it’s back

I got excision surgery (and a uteran ablation) with IUD insertion October of 2023. Stage 4, all over my abdominal walls, bladder, uterus, etc… A little over a month ago I had a Top 3 worse endo flares of my entire life. Back with a BANG. You know it when you feel it - a pain unlike anything else. And though part of me is like “there’s no way it’s back this fast and causing that much pain” another part of me doesn’t think anything else is capable of causing that specific pain. My question is: after a thorough excision surgery, how quickly did your endo come back with proof?
