Are you locke dout of 100% if you can't kill these?

!So I've been trying to 100% the game through just sheer playing it no guides, I've started to try and kill stuff for the beas tlog but it seems like the sandworms have transformed now and I can't find any of them does this mean I've locked myself out of a 100% playthrough? Thanks again for the info!<
