[LotM V6/general] Thoughts on Frank if he ever became Sequence 2...

I'm at Vol. 6 right now and it's been bugging me:

His Sequence 9 is Planter, right? And the corresponding Sequence 2 is called Desolate Matriarch... So, does that mean that male Planters will turn into women too like the Demonesses or is the Matriarch part more of a suggestion than something absolute?

Additionally:

I have the same question for the Sequence 1 Beauty Goddess of the Moon Pathway... Or does Sequence 2 Life Giver also imply that they have to give birth (like the stories about the ancient goddess that represented the moon pathway giving birth to whatever monsters non-stop yadayada) so does that mean that men have to or /can/ give birth or do their genders change?

If they do change genders, so we have four gender-bending pathways (Moon, Mother, Demoness, Hunter)? Or do we also have to take the "Emperor" and "God" titles in other sequences to mean that, if women were to consume those potions, they will literally become male????
