New to Microsoft Partner

Recently all my legal information was accepted and I would like to open the way as a reseller of Microsoft licenses (Windows, Office, etc.). I would like some recommendations on how to start or which program I should subscribe to in order to start buying and selling licenses (I would like to distribute perpetual licenses for Office and Windows but I have no idea how to start). If anyone could give me any suggestions, I would be very grateful.
