2012 -- Center Console USB Port; constant power or switched?

Can anyone tell me if the center console USB (in the armrest storage compartment) supplies a constant 5vdc, or is it switched on/off with the accessory position of the key?

I have the whole center console pulled out of the car right now, so I can't test it without putting it back in place, and I'd rather do that once I have the wiring figured out. I'm trying to find a switched power source to fire a relay (either 5vdc coil or 12vdc coil) to power up some lights and a car play unit. Along those same lines, anyone know if there is a switched 12vdc source in the center area? I was hoping the 12vdc socket was switched, but it's constant as well.
