Missed Dream Guardian and can't get through Mountain Pass?

So, I'm playing on Xbox, a new playthrough to add to my countless other ones, and during my playthrough, I walked through to the Goblin camp with Shadowheart in my party, but the artifact cutscene on the bridge never played. I just thought "huh, weird" and continued, and never thought about it.

Cut forward a day or two and I've beaten most of act 1, and I head towards the mountain pass entrance to get to the creche, but when it says "make sure you're prepared" and I click that I'm ready to go, it backs out of the menu and doesn't do anything, and when I tried the underdark act 2 entrance, it did the same.

I've tried reloading saves and closing the game both multiple times, and nothing seems to work. I've come to assume it could be because I never met the Dream Guardian, something I've never done on a playthrough before, and because it's a big story moment maybe it won't let me through until I do, but I've tried everything, I've long rested a ton, I've walked back and forth through every trigger area for the artifact cutscene, with and without Shadowheart, and absolutely nothing happens.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? All I want to do is get to the creche and then act 2, or am I just softlocked here?
